ValueMax (SGX:T6I) allotted and issued nearly 1.7 million shares at SG$0.36 each upon exercise of the same number of warrants, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Following the exercise, the company's share capital has increased to about 943.5 million shares.

The new shares will be listed and quoted on Feb. 19, the filing stated.
