Robex Resources (ASX:RXR) commercial production for Kiniero is a major operational milestone for the company, said Euroz Hartley in a Thursday note.

The company on Thursday said it achieved commercial production at its Kiniero project in Guinea after the first shipment of about 197 kilograms of gold on Wednesday.

The research firm believes that the achievement positions the company well to generate cash flow that will help drive the development of Bankan under the Predictive Discovery (ASX:PDI)-Robex Resources merger.

Euroz Hartleys has maintained a speculative buy rating on Robex Resources and raised its price target to AU$7.85 from AU$7.60.
