Feb 16 (Reuters) - US healthcare manufacturer Danaher DHR.N is closing in a nearly $10 billion deal to acquire medical technology company Masimo MASI.O , the Financial Times reported on Monday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Reuters could not immediately verify the report.
