Zenith Minerals (ASX:ZNC) reported maiden inferred mineral resource of 21.3 million tonnes at one gram per tonne gold for 675,000 ounces of contained gold at its Dulcie Gold project in Western Australia, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The project's contained metal is now twice as much of the June 2025 mineral resource for Dulcie Far North, the filing said.

The company expects to release the project's revised exploration target shortly, the filing added.

It has also planned for a drilling program to start at the project in April, the company said.

Shares of the company rose past 7% in recent Thursday trade.
