Gryphon Capital Income Trust's (ASX:GCI) responsible entity, One Managed Investment Funds, proposed raising up to AU$90.9 million via the issuance of up to 45.4 million new fully-paid ordinary units in the trust to wholesale investors, at an issue price of AU$2 per new unit, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
