Multi-Chem's (SGX:AWZ) attributable profit to owners fell 15% in the second half of 2025 to SG$12.2 million from SG$14.4 million a year earlier, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Earnings per share dropped to SG$0.1357 compared with SG$0.1598 in the year-ago period.

Revenue inched up 3% year over year to SG$353.0 million from SG$341.2 million.

The company declared a total dividend of SG$0.311 per share for 2025, up from SG$0.2530 a year earlier. A final dividend of SG$0.20 per share will be paid on May 22.
