Cedar Woods Properties (ASX:CWP) reported Tuesday fiscal first-half earnings of AU$0.471 per share, up from AU$0.179 a year earlier.
Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of AU$0.36.
Revenue from continuing operations for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was AU$274.8 million, compared with AU$195.9 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$266.3 million.
The company now anticipates fiscal 2026 net profit after tax growth of 30% to 35%, compared with its previous forecast of at least 20%.
The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.14 per share, up from AU$0.10 a year earlier, payable April 24 to shareholders on record as of March 24.
The company's shares jumped 5% in recent Tuesday trade.
