BUZZ-Australia's Pexa rises to 4-1/2-month high after swinging to half-year profit

** Shares of Pexa Group PXA.AX rise as much as 9.7% to A$15.70, their highest level since October 16, 2025

** Stock marks its biggest intraday pct gain since July 24

** The digital property exchange firm posts swing to half-year group NPAT from cont ops of A$15.4 million ($10.94 million), compared with A$29.5 million loss from a year ago

** YTD, Pexa stock up 14.9%
