Vault Minerals Receives High-Grade Results at Western Australia Operations; Shares Up 4%

Vault Minerals (ASX:VAU) received high-grade intersections across both established and newly identified in-mine zones at the Leonora operations in Western Australia, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

Surface and underground drilling continued to extend mineralization beyond the current mineral resource at the King of the Hills mine, with results including 7.6 meters at nearly 32 grams per tonne grade of gold, over 10 meters at 4.13 g/t gold, and 1.77 meters at almost 17 g/t gold, the filing said.

Meanwhile, underground drilling targeting infill and extensional positions within the Contact lode at the Deflector operations returned high-grade mineralization, including 1.3 meters at nearly 23 g/t gold, 1.3 meters at 17 g/t gold, and 0.8 meters at almost 28 g/t gold, per the filing.

Shares rose 4% in morning trade on Friday.
