C3.ai lowered its outlook for the year and said it would restructure after third-quarter sales fell. The stock slid 20% to $8.25 in after-hours trading Wednesday.

Salesforce's outlook for the current fiscal year came in on the low end of analysts' projections. The stock declined 5.2% to $181.85 after the bell.

Pure Storage posted higher revenue, with sales surpassing $1 billion for the first time in the fourth quarter. Shares advanced 2.5% to $75.37.

Zoom Communications' outlook for adjusted earnings per share was below Wall Street estimates. The stock fell 4.3% to $81.75.

The stock declined 5.2% to $181.85 after the bell. \n\n\nPure Storage posted higher revenue, with sales surpassing $1 billion for the first time in the fourth quarter. Shares advanced 2.5% to $75.37. \n\n\nZoom Communications' outlook for adjusted earnings per share was below Wall Street estimates.
