Smartgroup (ASX:SIQ) reported Thursday 2025 earnings of AU$0.61 per share, up from AU$0.58 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of AU$0.59.

Revenue for the 12 months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was AU$329.3 million, compared with AU$305.8 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$323.2 million.

The company expects its 2026 technology capital expenditure to be in the range of AU$11 million to AU$13 million.

The board declared a final dividend of AU$0.215 per share, up from AU$0.20 a year earlier and a special dividend of AU$0.12 per share, both payable on March 20 to shareholders on record as of March 6.
