WAM Capital (ASX:WAM) reported Friday fiscal first-half earnings of AU$0.0213 per share, down from AU$0.1343 a year earlier.
Revenue from ordinary activities for the six months ended Dec. 31, 2025, was AU$43.5 million, compared with AU$246.3 million a year earlier.
The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.0775 per share, unchanged from the prior corresponding period, payable May 29 to shareholders on record as of May 19.
The company's shares fell around 2% in recent Friday trade.
