LaSalle LOGIPORT REIT (TYO:3466) has raised its net income forecast for the six months ending Aug. 31 to 6.32 billion yen from 5.56 billion yen initially, as the company anticipates a gain of 2.05 billion yen from the disposal of logistics assets.

However, it cut its operating revenue outlook to 12 billion yen for the six months from 13 billion yen previously, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Thursday.

The REIT signed a deal to sell Aisai Logistics Center and Kariya Logistics Center in Aichi Prefecture, Japan, for a total of 11.4 billion yen.
