Centuria Capital Group Posts Higher Fiscal H1 Operating Earnings, Revenue; Raises Fiscal 2026 Earnings Outlook

Centuria Capital Group (ASX:CNI) reported Wednesday fiscal first-half operating earnings of AU$0.066 per security, up from AU$0.062 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of AU$0.07.

Revenue from operating activities for the six months ended Dec.31, 2025, was AU$195.5 million, compared with AU$195.3 million a year earlier.

The company expects fiscal year 2026 operating earnings per security of AU$0.136, up from its prior guidance of AU$0.134, and has maintained its distribution guidance of AU$0.104 per security.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect fiscal 2026 earnings of AU$0.14 per share.

The board declared an interim dividend of AU$0.007 per security, down from AU$0.011 a year earlier, payable on Wednesday to shareholders on record as of Dec. 31, 2025.
