Ingram Micro's board authorized a share repurchase program of up to $100 million.
Under the buyback plan, the technology company would repurchase shares in connection with one or more secondary public offerings by its controlling stockholders Imola JV Holdings and Ingram Holdco, according to a Monday filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The repurchase authorization expires Jan. 28, 2027, the company said.
