MetaOptics' (SGX:9MT) loss after income tax widened by 179% in 2025 to SG$5.4 million from SG$2.0 million a year earlier, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the semiconductor optics company were down nearly 6% in Monday trading.
Loss per share widened to SG$0.0254 from SG$0.0101 a year ago.
Revenue surged 891% year over year to SG$787,388 from SG$79,440, mainly due to the delivery of a direct laser writer to a Taiwan-based customer.
