Aehr Test Systems (AEHR) said Tuesday it received a follow-on purchase order from its lead silicon photonics customer.

Financial terms of the order were not provided.

The order, expected to ship in H2, includes one new ultra-high-power FOX-XPTM wafer-level test and burn-in system, as well as an upgrade of an existing FOX-XP system to the new configuration, the company said.
