Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) said Wednesday that total average daily volume, or ADV, in February rose 17% from a year earlier, while open interest increased 19%.

Total energy ADV climbed 12% year over year, with oil ADV up 27% the exchange operator said.

Intercontinental Exchange said financial ADV rose 24% and interest rates ADV increased 26% from a year earlier.
