Amplitude Energy (ASX:AEL) executed a binding foundation gas sales agreement with EnergyAustralia along with joint venture partner O.G. Energy, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The parties have committed to the supply of 30 petajoules of gas from the East Coast Supply Project, which is located offshore in the Otway Basin, Victoria, over an initial four-year term, the filing said.
The supply is expected to begin in the second half of 2028, per the filing.
Amplitude Energy shares rose 5% in morning trade on Monday.
