Alignment Healthcare (ALHC) said late Monday it has priced an underwritten public offering of 13.2 million common shares held by General Atlantic at $19.46 per share.

The company will not receive any proceeds from the secondary offering.

Closing of the offering is expected to occur on March 4, subject to customary closing conditions.
