BrightSpring Health Services (BTSG) said late Monday some of its stockholders, including an affiliate of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts and certain members of management, plan to sell 20 million shares in a secondary offering.
The company said it is not selling any shares. Goldman Sachs is the book-running manager for the offering.
The firm said it plans to buy up to the lesser of 10% of the shares sold in the offering or $60.0 million.
