Ainsworth Game Technology Says Austrian Prosecutors File Demand for Prosecution Against Former CEO

Ainsworth Game Technology (ASX:AGI) said it has been informed by Novomatic that the last investigation against former Chief Executive Harald Neumann and/or Novomatic AG, its largest shareholder, has been concluded and that Austria's Economic and Corruption Prosecutors Office has filed a demand for prosecution in an Austrian court, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

The company said the investigations commenced in 2019 by the Austrian Economic and Corruption Prosecutors' Office had noted there was one remaining matter involving its former CEO and/or Novomatic AG, its largest shareholder, which had been anticipated would be discontinued, the filing added.
