The Lottery (ASX:TLC) plans to create three customer-facing business units, Lotteries, Digital, and Keno, with each to be led by a Chief Operating Officer, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
Callum Mulvihill will be appointed COO of Lotteries, Loren Somerville will be appointed COO of Digital, and Antony Moore will be appointed COO of Keno.
Meanwhile, Rob Ure will be appointed as the firm's Chief Strategy Officer, and Michelle Williams will be named as its Chief People and Brand Officer. The changes are effective July 1. The firm will also have three enterprise services units: Financial and Corporate Services, Strategy, and People and Brand.
Nicholas Allton is set resign as its Chief Legal and Risk Officer, effective March 31.
