The Italian luxury fashion company reported fourth-quarter sales and second-half EBIT broadly in line with expectations. "Despite positive current trading commentary, we still see limited visibility on the magnitude of any potential growth acceleration at the Prada brand this year," the analysts say. Furthermore, the group's Miu Miu label faces risks of growth slowing further, they add. For Versace, visibility remains low on both the scale and timing of the required turnaround, the analysts say.
