Nordic Resources (ASX:NNL) said diamond drilling at the Kopsa gold-copper project in Finland confirmed further strike and depth extensions to the west-southwest of the deposit, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
Gold continuity and grades were stronger to the southwest than to the west in this peripheral zone, it noted. It encountered intercepts of 35 meters at 0.67 grams per tonne grade of gold, 0.09% grade of copper, and 1 g/t grade of silver from 168 meters, as well as 13 meters at 1.28 g/t grade of gold, 0.17% grade of copper, and 5 g/t grade of silver from 233 meters.
Its shares fell 5% in recent trading on Monday.
