Dow Jones
03/12

1755 ET - Fossil Group's net sales have been down for at least nine consecutive quarters, but the watch maker hopes to end the losing streak this year. Chief Executive Franco Fogliato says the company's turnaround plan has improved its cost structure and balance sheet, and will soon return Fossil to top-line growth. Fossil expects sales to continue to slide in 2026, guiding for a net sales decline of 4% to 6%. But in the fourth quarter of 2026, the company expects to return to sales growth, with top-line gains in the low-to-mid single digits in 2028. Fossil shares are up 9% in after-hours trading.
