AUB Group (ASX:AUB) has finalized its acquisition of 95.9% of UK-based insurance broking and underwriting platform Prestige, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company agreed to acquire Prestige for AU$432 million, with the deal expected to contribute around 720 million pounds in gross written premiums to its UK retail insurance business, an earlier filing showed.
