Shriro Holdings (ASX:SHM) said it plans to repurchase 18.5 million of its shares at AU$0.81 apiece in an off-market equal access buyback to return up to AU$15 million to shareholders, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.
The shares being repurchased represent around 25.82% of Shriro's issued share capital, per the filing. The record date for participation in the offer is March 20.
Shriro Holdings' shares rose past 1% in recent trading on Thursday.
