Blue Moon Metals Closes Equity Financing to Advance Norway Project

Blue Moon Metals (BMM) said late Tuesday it closed the equity financing with Leonhard Nilsen & Sonner and Hartree Partners by issuing 181,127 common shares for gross proceeds of over 1.3 million Canadian dollars ($957,184).

The company said proceeds will be used for underground development at its Nussir Project in Norway.

The financing is still subject to final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange, the company added.
