Telix Pharmaceuticals (ASX:TLX) said the first part of its ProstACT Global phase three study achieved its primary objectives, confirming the safety profile, biodistribution, and dosimetry of the drug candidate TLX591-Tx, or lutetium-177 rosopatamab tetraxetan in combination with one of three standard of care therapies, abiraterone, enzalutamide, or docetaxel, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

The tolerability profile was supported by dosimetry and low-grade non-hematologic events; the lesion dosimetry indicated no difference in absorbed dose profile across groups, and no adverse drug-drug interactions were observed in TLX591-Tx combinations.

The patient population consisted of patients with prostate-specific membrane antigen-positive metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer. ProstACT Global is a differentiated phase 3 trial comparing PSMA-targeted lutetium-177 rosopatamab tetraxetan therapy administered with standard-of-care compared with standard-of-care alone.

Its shares jumped 7% in recent trading on Tuesday.
