SolarEdge Technologies (SEDG) said late Tuesday Chief Financial Officer Asaf Alperovitz has decided to step down to pursue a CFO role at a public company outside of the industry.

Alperovitz will continue to serve as CFO through June 9, the firm said, adding that it is initiating a process to identify a successor.

The company also said it is re-affirming its Q1 financial guidance.
