NICE (NICE) said Tuesday that it has launched a new agentic AI capability designed to turn enterprise interaction data into deployable AI agents.
The company, at the Enterprise Connect conference in North America, said the system analyzes structured and unstructured data across voice, chat, digital channels and workflows. It identifies where AI can deliver measurable impact across cost, revenue, customer experience and compliance, it added.
NiCE said the tool can automatically build and deploy AI agents to address those opportunities under enterprise governance controls.
