Biglari (BH) has acquired a 3.4% stake in Italian yacht maker Ferretti Group as Czech investor KKCG prepares a partial tender offer to increase its 14.5% holding and push for board changes, Reuters reported Thursday.

KKCG launched earlier this year an offer of up to 182 million euros ($210 million) on Ferreti, the report said, adding that the offer will start Monday.

Biglari did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
