Technology stocks were mixed premarket Wednesday, with the State Street Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) slightly lower and the State Street SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) up 0.4%.

Oracle (ORCL) stock was up more than 9% after the company posted higher fiscal Q3 adjusted earnings and revenue that also exceeded analysts' expectations.
