At 13:30 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was up 0.03% at 46,693.67. The S&P 500 .SPX was down 0.27% at 6,654.55, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was down 0.65% at 22,166.50.
