Westgold Resources (ASX:WGX) completed the divestment of its Reedy and Comet projects in Western Australia to Valiant Gold, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

Valiant Gold accepted applications totaling AU$75 million under its initial public offering, which was "significantly" oversubscribed, the filing said.

Valiant Gold shares are expected to start trading on the Australian Securities Exchange on March 27, per the filing.
