Central China New Life (HKG:9983) said it expects its 2025 attributable profit to decrease 25% to 30% from the 214.6 million yuan booked in 2024, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Friday.
Shares of the property manager fell nearly 2% in late morning trade Monday.
The firm attributed the decrease to higher net impairment losses during the year an a decline in gross profit margin.
The company's financial results are due later this month.
