Forrestania Resources (ASX:FRS) delivered first ore to Westgold Resources' (ASX:WGX) Higginsville processing hub in line with the ore purchase agreement with the latter's Karora (Higginsville) subsidiary, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company is also advancing work to convert its Lake Johnston processing facility in Western Australia to become a stand-alone gold production plant, the filing said.
Forrestania Resources shares fell nearly 5% in morning trade on Monday, while Westgold Resources shares were down nearly 6%.
