Humm Group's (ASX:HUM) shares were up 3% in recent trading on Monday after it said late on Friday that it entered into a confidentiality deed with Credit Corp Group (ASX:CCP) to allow for confidential due diligence to Credit Corp in connection with its non-binding indicative proposal to acquire 100% of the shares in Humm Group.
The companies said that there was no certainty that the due diligence will result in a transaction, according to separate filings.
