APT Satellite's (HKG:1045) profit attributable to owners fell to HK$141.4 million for 2025, from HK$205.2 million a year earlier, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the satellite operator were up nearly 3% in Friday's midday trade.

Earnings per share came in at HK$0.1523, compared with HK$0.2210 a year earlier.

Revenue declined to HK$739.1 million from HK$784.7 million.

The board declared a final dividend of HK$0.06 per share, payable on or about June 17 to shareholders whose names appear on the register of members as of June 4.
