The Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares (FAS) was slightly higher and its bearish counterpart Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X Shares (FAZ) was up 0.5%.

JPMorgan Chase (JPM) is leading the offering of $4.1 billion in dollar-denominated loans to help finance Clayton Dubilier & Rice's acquisition of packaging firm Sealed Air (SEE), Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter. Shares of JPMorgan Chase were 0.5% lower pre-bell.
