Boab Metals (ASX:BML) secured a diesel supply for ongoing construction activities at the Sorby Hills project in Western Australia, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The company said there are no immediate issues regarding fuel availability in the East Kimberley region, based on advice from its fuel supplier, Cambridge Gulf, the filing said.
The project is anticipated to have reduced exposure to diesel price volatility in the longer term with its planned connection to grid power from the Ord River Hydro Power Station, per the filing.
