Technology stocks were falling premarket Thursday, with the State Street Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) down 0.8% and the State Street SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) 1.9% lower.

Canadian Solar (CSIQ) stock was down more than 23% after the company reported it swung to a Q4 net loss, as net revenue declined during the period, and issued a Q1 revenue outlook below analysts' expectations.
