Tata Motors (NSE:TATAMOTORS, BOM:500570) will raise the prices of its commercial vehicle range by up to 1.5% with effect from April 1, according to a filing to the Indian stock exchanges on Monday.
The company's shares were up over 1% in early trade on Tuesday.
The company said the price hike will help the company to partially offset the impact of rising commodity prices and other input costs.
The rate increase will vary according to the model and variant.
