Gecko Robotics Gets Navy Readiness Contract Up to $71M -- Market Talk

1146 ET - Gecko Robotics receives a five-year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract with a $71 million ceiling from the U.S. Navy to assess the health of military assets using AI and robotics. The Pittsburgh-based private company will begin with 18 ships in the U.S. Pacific Fleet, with the initial award worth up to $54 million. Gecko, which has previously worked with Navy ships, uses robots, drones, and sensors to collect data for AI models which can identify current or future structural issues.
