Zhejiang Huayou Cobalt (SHA:603799) completed the issuance of its fourth tranche of green technology innovation bonds for the year, which amounted to 800 million yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Wednesday.
The bonds have a 2.62% interest rate and a term of up to three years.
China CITIC Bank (HKG:0998, SHA:601998), Industrial Bank (SHA:601166) and China Zheshang Bank (HKG:2016, SHA:601916) were the joint underwriters of the issuance.
The Chinese cobalt supplier's shares dropped nearly 3% Wednesday morning in Shanghai.
