Health and Happiness (H&H) International (HKG:1112) booked 196.1 million yuan in attributable profit for 2025, swinging from a loss of 53.7 million yuan in 2024, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Tuesday.
Earnings per share were 0.31 yuan, compared with loss per share of 0.08 yuan in the prior year.
Revenue rose 10% year on year to 14.4 billion yuan, figures showed.
The company also declared a dividend of HK$0.16 per share, payable July 17 to shareholders of record on May 26.
