Trek Metals (ASX:TKM) said petrophysical results at the Kuro manganese prospect at the Christmas Creek project in Western Australia led to the firm planning an initial gradient array induced polarization survey over the entire discovery area in April, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The petrophysical results showed high chargeability values of 484 millivolts per volt (mV/V) to 642 mV/V across all seven samples
It also awarded a reverse circulation (RC) drilling contract to Precision Exploration Drilling for its maiden drill program. Drilling is expected to start in late April or early May.
