Chasen (SGX:5NV) completed the acquisition of an additional 22.05% stake in its subsidiary, REI Promax, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the integrated logistics service provider were down over 1% in Monday trading.

Accordingly, the company now has a 77.05% stake in REI Promax.
