Yankuang Energy (HKG:1171, SHA:600188) recorded a decline in attributable profit in 2025 to 8.52 billion yuan from 14.6 billion yuan a year prior, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The energy company's earnings per share stood at 0.85 yuan in the period, down from 1.47 yuan in the previous fiscal year.
Revenue slipped to 133.3 billion yuan from 141.1 billion yuan previously.
The firm proposed a final dividend of 0.32 yuan per share for the year, subject to shareholder approval.
